hooverround electric heavey duty (up to 500 lb person)wheelchair new axle,seat,controller, two new batterys, all new tires "6".like new. only thing wrong is the arm has a slight rip in it which can be replaced, which i tried to take a picture of but can't get it to show up.asking $1500.
