black male aprox.60 years old from south haven michigan.avid cb radio intrest.uses radio name of "batman".william bowers has not been heard from since he left south haven to visit a sister on the east coast of florida 3 years ago.he has resided in seatle washington,indianapolis indiana & tucson arizona. mr.bowers has traveled across the united states by greyhound bus , and has a "free spirit". he has visited and camped out at many indian reservations. mr.bowers mental state is not a 100%....however he has always been able to travel and take care of himself.he usually travels,then returns to south haven within a month or two,always calling some family member to chat while he is away. his nicknames are: bill,billy,& batman. i am one of his sisters my name is mil merriweather and i can be reached at hrseladi50@yahoo.com
