This is a Thermar Tankless Natural Gas Water Heater, model PM1000. This unit has never been used. I bought it several years ago planning to build a house and use it but I ended up building where Nat Gas is not available and chose to go all electric. The box is long gone, but I have all the contents including the Installation and Maintenance Instruction Manual and Gas Regulator. This is a real energy saver and therefore Money Saver. The only material difference I can see between this and more recently build tankless units is that this on has a pilot that needs to stay lit. It lights from a button on the unit (Like a Gas Grill). It's in great condition and if you live within a few miles of I-94 between Jackson and Ann Arbor or M-14 Between Ann Arbor and Livonia I will deliver it free.
