At one time we had several M-38's. We sold them to collectors, w/wo parts I have this tank left and would like to get it in the hands of a restorer. It is in very good condition with a clean interior and very minor outside surface rust. I live in the UP and have a Fedex account so I will ship at cost + slight cost for boxing.
