Live and work on Catalina Island Position Term: Seasonal (Mar 08- Sept 08)Full Time Salary starts at $1280 mo, meals & housing Housing: Resides in camp in shared double occupancy single room bungalow with light and power. General Responsibility: Assist in all preparations necessary to prepare and serve meals, clean and maintain dining hall, kitchen and food storage areas. Also included is dishwashing, composting, and trash management. Occasionally, a Prep Cook may be called upon to substitute for the Lead Cook. Must be willing to perform duties outside primary job description as needed. Qualifications: •Desire to work and live in a camp environment. •Ability to learn to do tasks as assigned, accept supervision,think on your feet and anticipate the needs of campers, learn how to use all equipment safely.
