12' box, This pop-up is in excellent condition. It has a Queen and a Full mattress. The kitchen center and the couch both break down into two more beds. There is a stove, refrigerator, heat, and the power runs of either propane or electric. The interior has blue curtain accents. This was only use a couple of times in our yard for the kids to camp in... It does not smell like campfire smoke at all. It is very clean.
